Shipping policy

1. Order processing

We ship orders within 1 business day of receiving payment.

2. Delivery times

Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia – up to 4 business days
Other European Union countries – up to 6 business days

Delivery time is counted from the day of dispatch.

Made-to-order items (Jantex paddles, KayakPro training equipment) are ordered from the manufacturer – delivery within 14 days of your order. This is stated on the product page.

Boats (e.g. Plastex boats) are made to individual order – production time up to 8 weeks. Boat delivery within Lithuania is free. For other countries, boat delivery is quoted individually: after you order, we will send you a delivery quote and a separate invoice.

We offer the following delivery methods:

• Parcel lockers (Omniva, LP Express)
• Courier (Omniva)
• International shipping (other EU countries)

4. Delivery prices

• Lithuania: parcel locker – €4, courier – €6
• Latvia, Estonia: Omniva parcel locker – €5
• Other EU countries – €13.99
• Free delivery on orders over €150 (does not apply to boats)
