Refund policy

1. Return period

You can return goods within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, except for the items listed in section 2.

2. Items that cannot be returned

Boats and paddles are made to the customer's individual order, according to the parameters chosen by the customer (model, size, blade area, shaft stiffness, length, colours, etc.). Therefore, as provided by consumer protection law, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to them – boats and paddles cannot be returned or exchanged. This does not limit your rights if the item has a manufacturing defect (see section 7).

3. Return conditions

The returned item must be:

• Unused
• Undamaged
• With original tags
• In its original packaging

If the item has been used or damaged, we reserve the right to refuse the return.

4. Return procedure

The item is returned using the same delivery method by which it was received (parcel locker or courier).

5. Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer.

6. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the item, we will refund the money within 5 business days using the same payment method that was used for the purchase.

7. Damaged or defective goods

If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or damage, please contact us immediately – we will resolve the situation individually.
